Built for the jobs nobody else wants to quote
Plenty of contractors will happily bid a kitchen. Far fewer will climb up, cut into a soffit and tell you honestly what is behind it — because that job is hard to price and easy to get wrong.
That is most of our work. Rot repair, failing exterior trim, structural framing that somebody covered up ten years ago, gutters that were never pitched right. Interior carpentry, drywall and paint when the finish work matters more than the speed.
We are fully insured, we work across four Southeast Michigan counties, and we would rather lose a bid than talk you into something you do not need.
Three things we do on every single job
None of these are remarkable. They are just the things that go missing when a contractor is in a hurry.
We tell you what we find
If something is not what it looked like from the ground, you hear it straight — before we do anything else.
We carry real insurance
And we will send you the certificate before we start, without being asked twice. Uninsured work on your property is your liability, not the contractor's.
We fix the cause
A rotted board is a symptom. If we replace it without correcting the gutter, flashing or grade that soaked it, we have sold you the same repair twice.
Sometimes the news is bad
Occasionally we open something up and find that a small repair is not a small repair. When that happens we will tell you plainly, show you the photos, and give you options — including the option to do the minimum and plan for the rest.
What we will not do is quietly close it back up, or pad the invoice with work you never agreed to.
