Old, worn gutters swapped out for a clean, properly sloped system that keeps water away from the foundation and landscaping.
BEFOREAFTERYears of trapped roof water had rotted the fascia and trim along a low-slope roofline. We stripped the failed material back to sound framing, replaced it, and finished with primer and two coats.
BEFOREAFTERA downspout had come off its straps and was dumping the whole roof plane onto the lawn beside the foundation. Reattached, strapped and pitched to carry water away from the building.
BEFOREAFTERLong-term water intrusion had destroyed a structural joist and the framing around it. We opened up the bay, removed the failed member, and installed new framing before closing everything back in.
BEFOREDURINGThe trim was stripped back so the condition of the framing behind it could actually be assessed — then rebuilt, sealed and painted. No guessing, no covering up.
